Preparación de la receta

We put to boil water in a pot. After it has started to boil, stop the fire and remove the pot from it, add the 4 lasagna plates and let them rest in the water for about 10 minutes. When they are ready, take them out of the water and put them on paper towels to dry.

Meanwhile, put in a Teflon or microwave case the chopped red and green bell pepper and the chopped onion. I buy it all frozen and then weigh it. Leave about 10-15min in the microwave.

Turn the oven on at about 180° to heat it up.

Remove the vegetables in the microwave and drain the water from the 3 cans of tuna. Then we mix the tuna with the vegetables. We also add the 200 grams of tomato and onion. Although I usually do it by eye and I also add a little salt, garlic powder, Provencal herbs and oregano.

Once the plates are ready and the vegetables are mixed with the tomato and the tuna, we assemble the lasagna in a baking dish.

To make the layers of the lasagna, I usually put a plate in the pan first, then I add 3 or 4 spoonfuls of the vegetable and tuna mixture, and I cut a slice of cheese and spread it. And so I assemble it until I have 4 plates.

Put it in the oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes and check it. When it is as you like it (more or less done), take it out of the oven and enjoy.
