Cut the potatoes into wedges without peeling them and put them in the oven at 180 degrees with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, cut the peppers, the onion, the zucchini and the crushed garlic into small pieces and fry them in 3 spoonfuls of oil. Then add the spoonful of salt and all the spices.

After about 5 minutes, add the small glass of white wine and let it soak in.

Then add the fried tomato and stir everything adding the baked potatoes to the mixture and mix again so that they are well impregnated.

Now add the two glasses of broth and cook until it thickens.
