Gnocchi with vegetables!

First I chopped all the vegetables. I added a spoonful of oil to the pan and added the red and green bell pepper. When it was almost done I added the chopped onion. Then I added the mushrooms. Once the vegetables were cooked I added the soy sauce and the tomato and let it reduce.

While the vegetables are cooking, put a pot of water to heat. In my case, I have added some peppercorns and a pinch of salt to the water.

Once the vegetables and gnocchi are ready, mix them and put them in a baking dish with cheese on top.

Bake in the oven with heat up and down at 180° and wait for the cheese to melt and enjoy 🤤🤤. This step is optional.
