Baked monkfish with potatoes and onions

Peel and slice the potatoes and onion, put them in a baking dish coated with a little EVOO and season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, place the monkfish tails on top and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.

Put in a pan EVOO, sliced or chopped garlic and paprika, and fry the garlic until golden brown. Put it on top of the monkfish when plating.
