Serrano ham and parmesan risotto

Sauté the onion with the olive oil (you can add butter for flavor as well) and when transparent add the Serrano ham (5 slices) in small pieces and toast.

Add the rice. Stir for a minute. Add the broth (previously heated in a pot) until it covers the rice, let it consume and when you see the rice add more little by little, in the same way. Keep adding until the rice is tender and creamy.

Add a little grated Parmesan and mix.

Toast 2 slices of Serrano ham in the microwave until it loses its water and becomes crispy. Add the crumbled ham to the plate along with more Parmesan for plating.
