Artichokes with foie and pine nuts

Preparación de la receta

Bring salted water to boil in a pot, add the artichokes and cook for 30 minutes, drain.

In a frying pan without oil, toast the pine nuts and set aside.

Peel and chop the apple and carrot, fry them in oil together with the spring onion.

When it is poached, add the white wine and reduce the sauce.

Pour the sauce into an ovenproof dish.

Place the artichokes on top, put a little foie on top of each one, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, take out and sprinkle the pine nuts on top.
