Crush the cornflakes. Put the flour, the eggs and the crushed cornflakes in three separate bowls.

Cut the chicken into long strips and add a little salt. On the other hand, season the corn flakes with pepper and EVOO.

We put the strips in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the cornflakes. We press the strips with some force to ensure a uniform opening.

Open the Airfryer and put as many strips as possible in the basket. We must not pile them up, so if they do not all fit we will have to make them in different batches.

We put it at 160° for 13 minutes and shake the basket halfway through the cooking process. Repeat this until all the strips are cooked. And enjoy super crispy fingers with hardly any oil 😊.
