For the potatoes: wash and cut the potatoes into large wedges, it is not necessary to peel them. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180°C with air.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and add a garlic cut very small, sweet paprika, curry, parsley, salt, AOVE and mix well. We put them in the oven tray for about 20-25 min. When 10-15 min. have passed we move them and turn them over.

For the cod: chop the vegetables and put them over low heat in a frying pan until they are poached. Add the chopped cod and turn up the heat.

Once all the cod water has evaporated, add the two eggs and stir constantly until everything is well cooked.

Put everything on a plate and enjoy!
