Chicken and spinach burger with deluxe no fries

If we have the chicken in breasts, we chop it with the help of a food processor. If we buy it chopped, we can save money.

Mix the chopped chicken with the egg, bread crumbs, salt and spices. When everything is integrated, mix with the chopped spinach.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, we chop into thin slices some tomato and some pickled gherkin (quantity to taste). We also chop the potatoes into sticks and put them in the air fryer for 20-25'.

Divide the mixture in two and pour it into the non-stick frying pan (without oil). We give it a rounded shape with the help of a paddle and let it set little by little. When it has consistency we turn it over.

When the hamburger is ready, we can assemble it on our bread. Place the hamburger, the slice of havarti light cheese, the tomato slices and the sliced gherkins.

Put the assembled hamburger in a grill to toast the bread. If you do not have a grill, you can also toast the bread in a toaster before assembling the burger. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and season to taste: I add paprika, onion powder, garlic, oregano and salt. Enjoy!
