Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, once washed and cut into wedges with skin, add EVOO, mix well and bake in the oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.

Clean the squid, cut them into rings but only in half, so that they are whole and dry them with kitchen paper. Coat them in a little EVOO and cut a garlic into slices, and add parsley, leave it for a couple of minutes. Grill them, first place them with the cuts downwards.
