Beat the eggs and add a measure of AOVE yogurt. Stir well until well blended. Add the date paste (leave the dates to soak for 30 min. and then crush with a little of the water in which they were resting).

Add the natural yogurt and the vegetable drink. Stir again until all the ingredients are well integrated. Add the cocoa and continue stirring.

Add the yogurt measure of flour and the yeast. Stir until a dense dough is obtained.

Add the hazelnuts and raisins. Pour the contents into the baking dish, which should be preheated to 170°. Once in the mold, add the grated coconut and the cashew nuts on top.
