Potatoes au gratin with chicken and mozzarella cheese

Seal the diced chicken in a frying pan with a little EVOO, salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.

Cut the onion into julienne strips and poach them in the same pan where we did the chicken. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into very thin slices.

Time to put on the show. On a baking tray, we add the potato slices, onion and chicken forming layers to our liking. 😋

In a deep dish, beat an egg with a generous splash of milk and beat it. Pour the mixture into the pan, filling all the holes.

Add pieces of mozzarella, oregano, salt and a dash of EVOO. And ready! We put in the oven preheated to 170 degrees about 20-30 (until we prick the potatoes and they are soft, and the gratin begins to brown). 🤤
