This is what we have left over from the stew. So it will be all previously cooked. On the other hand we beat the egg and we put it in a deep plate, we prepare the flour in a plate and we grate the bread and we put it in another separate plate.

Grind all the ingredients of the stew and make small balls with the dough. Then we pass it through the flour, the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs. We will do this until we run out of dough.

Finally put the croquettes on a tray with baking paper previously greased with a drizzle of EVOO and bake for 15-20 min.
