Place the peeled and chopped sweet potato in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until soft.

Soak the dates in hot water until soft.

We introduce the cakes in the oven previously heated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Optionally, when they are cold, we can coat them with a mixture of a couple of ounces of 85% cocoa chocolate with a little coconut oil melted in a bain-marie.
