Put the chia in the container in which we are going to eat later, I recommend a glass or similar (290ml approx).

Add vegetable drink, the ideal is that it gets all wet but it is difficult since there is a part that floats. I usually leave a finger or half a finger between the chia that stays on the bottom and the one that floats.

Let the chia stand for 5 minutes to thicken a little.

Add the Greek yogurt and let stand for a few minutes so that the chia also absorbs moisture from the yogurt.

We blend the berries with a little vegetable drink to make the blender's work a little easier.

Add the mixture from the blender to the bowl and eat!!!!
