Peel the zucchini and the carrot. With a potato peeler we make thin strips. The ideal is to use a spiralizer, but I don't have one and I make do with the peeler, turning the zucchini so that the slices are narrow.

Put the zucchini and carrots in a frying pan with a little oil to poach. Meanwhile, cut the crab sticks into pieces.

When we see that it is already cooked (about five minutes approx), we add a little salt, spices to taste and soy sauce. We leave it for a minute turning it around so that it gets the flavor and it is ready.
