Heat the air fryer to 185 °C. The flour measure is that of two yogurt cups.

Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces and shape it round with a hole in the middle.

Place in the fryer, brush with egg and sprinkle seeds on top.

Cook for 8 minutes, turn over, brush with more egg, add more seeds and cook for 8 minutes more.
