Beat egg with mashed banana, two tablespoons of chickpea flour, a little honey, vanilla essence and baking powder, then pan fry or bake in the oven as a pancake.

On top, sauté sliced apple with a little cinnamon until it browns a little and that's it. Before the apple, to the pancake I put yogurt mixed with peanut butter, and after topping apples with coconut and nuts.
