Roasted vegetables with hummus

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, heat up and down.

While the oven is heating up we make the hummus. Put in a glass: first the chickpeas and then the rest of the ingredients. Mash with the thurmix and taste. Add salt, spices or water and reserve. When the oven is hot, put the tray with the vegetables.

Serve the hummus in the center with a drizzle of oil and more cumin. The vegetables around it.
