The first thing we will do is the bolognese: In a saucepan we fry the previously chopped carrot and onion. When they are fried, add the minced meat and stir until it is done. While we make the bolognese, we cut the eggplant(s) and the potatoes into thin discs. Cook the potatoes steamed, or with another method (I have used the steamer of lekué).

In a frying pan with oil put the eggplant discs and cook them.

In a container, preferably glass and ovenproof, we make layers of potato, eggplant and bolognese.

Once we have made several layers, we put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 190°. In the meantime, beat the cream with the eggs.

Remove the container and pour the egg-cream mixture on the surface and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190°.

It would be ready! It's not the perfect recipe but it's very tasty :)
