Boil the water and when it starts to boil, add the spaghetti.

Cut the zucchini very thinly and brown it in the frying pan. Cut the onion and poach it.

In a bowl, add the 4 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and mix with half of the Parmesan cheese.

When the zucchini and onion is ready, add it to the bowl with the egg yolks and cheese. Mix and add the rest of the cheese.

Strain the spaghetti and mix.
