Super easy and fast whole wheat bread

Warm 200 ml of water and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 25 grams of fresh yeast, mix and set aside.

In a deep bowl put the 310 grams of whole wheat flour, a teaspoon of salt, the seed mixture and add the glass of water we had with the oil and yeast. Mix everything with a spatula until the ingredients are integrated.

When everything is integrated put a little flour on the counter and finish mixing by kneading a little with your hands. (At this point if the dough is very sticky add a little more flour, if on the contrary it is a little dry add a little warm water).

Give it a rounded shape and VERY IMPORTANT! Put it in a baking dish with a lid (previously grease it with a little oil with the help of a paper napkin), make some cuts on top of the dough, with a brush paint it with olive oil and sprinkle with a little flour.

With the oven COLD put the bread with the pan and the lid on at 200 degrees, medium height, heat up and down for 40/45 minutes, depending on the oven.

Remove from the oven and pan and let cool on a wire rack. And that's it! Enjoy a delicious pan.... delicious!
