Cinnamon rolls with chocolate

For the base/dough: 250g yogurt + 280g flour. We mix with patience and we are correcting (it has to be manageable), after about 10 minutes, we stretch the dough with a rolling pin and varnish it with oil.

Filling: 1 medium banana + 3 teaspoons cinnamon Place the filling on the dough, be careful with the edges because it will run off. You don't need too much filling, just a thin layer. Then roll it up very carefully, it will look like a gypsy arm.

Cut first in half the arm and then each half in 2 other halves. Place the rolls vertically on a glass tray greased with oil, cover with a kitchen towel and let stand for 20 minutes.

In a preheated oven, place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 180° up and down for 35 minutes.

For the topping we melt chocolate in the microwave/Bain Marie and pour it over the rolls. To decorate sprinkle cinnamon and that's it!
