Whole wheat pancakes with peanut butter and grapes

Combine the wet ingredients: milk, dates (previously hydrated in hot water), egg and melted butter (if you don't have any, I would add a little EVOO). Beat them.

On the other side mix the flour, yeast and salt.

Add everything to the blender jar and blend together.

Grease a frying pan with EVOO. Pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan and when they come out bubbles, turn over. Add the toppings that you like the most (I have added peanut butter and grapes and they are delicious) and? enjoy!
