Zucchini cannelloni stuffed with turkey

Slice the zucchini lengthwise using a mandolin. Spread them in a colander, salt them and let them release water for 30 minutes.

Steam them in the microwave using a microwave-safe container covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes at maximum power.

In the meantime, dice the turkey tenderloin and chop it with the chopping tool of your blender. If you don't have it, you can buy turkey meat already minced.

In a frying pan, put a dash of oil and when it is hot, add the finely chopped garlic clove together with the fried tomato and the turkey minced meat. Let it cook until the tomato does not release water.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle some grated cheese. Mix well.

Put the oven to heat up to 180°. Spread the zucchini slices and put on one end a little of the previous mixture. Roll them up on themselves making rolls.

Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle some more cheese on top. Bake them with heat up and down at 180° for 10 minutes. Finish with another 5 minutes with heat only on the top, so that the cheese gets gratinized. Enjoy!
