We make a big cup of coffee, pour it on a plate and add the beaten egg.

Dip each slice in the coffee and egg mixture on both sides. We incorporate one at a time as we are doing them in the pan to prevent the bread from breaking (without dipping them too long).

Put a teaspoon of butter in the pan so that it does not stick and carefully put the slice. We turn it over and cook it on the other side and repeat the process for the 4 slices.

Melt two ounces of chocolate in the microwave (1 min approx.) and pour it over two of the slices and cover it with the other two as if it were a sandwich.

In a glass pour the milk and cream and beat until the mixture is more consistent. I have used the device in the image for this step but you can also use a whisk.

Pour this mixture over the slices, sprinkle pure cocoa on top and enjoy 🤩.
