🌼 Homemade tomato sauce procedure: 1. We will start by blanching some tomatoes. We simply make a cross on the bottom and we take them with boiling water for about 45 sec, in order to remove the skin. 2. We will continue cutting the onion in small pieces and we will fry it in a pot with a little olive oil. 3. Once the onion is browned, add the diced tomatoes and let it cook for about 45 minutes. 4. We have to obtain a tomato sauce without water. When it is like this you can crush it or leave it with small pieces (this goes for tastes). 5. Finally we will add some fresh basil leaves to give it more flavor.

🌼For millet cakes: 1. Start by sautéing an onion and a carrot in very small pieces. 2. Once they are ready, we will add the millet and sauté. 3. We will add 2 cups of water and let the millet cook. 4. Once ready, add nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder and oregano. 5. We will put the millet, onion and carrot mixture in a rectangular bowl and let it rest. 6. Meanwhile we will prepare the @heurafoods. We cut it into pieces and sauté it with a little oil. 7. Finally, the only thing left to do is to assemble. We will put the tomato sauce as a base, cut the millet into rectangles and add the heura on top with a little fresh basil.
