Put the cauliflower in the microwave, 7' (previously cut or grated).

Sauté over low heat the onion, carrot, zucchini and when it is a little done, add the cauliflower, sauté and add the chosen cheese and add a little vegetable broth, let it reduce until it becomes a mass.

When the dough is cold, we make croquettes (if you need them, add a little crushed wasa bread to thicken them).

Dredge the croquettes in flour, egg and previously chopped wasa bread.
