Bring water to a boil and add the rice when it is boiling. When it is done, take it out and let it rest so that it reaches room temperature.

Take the salmon loins (2 or one and a half) and let them rest on a layer of soy sauce for 10' on one side. After 10' turn them over and let them rest for another 10' on the other side of the salmon fillet.

Once this is done, and with the salmon already marinated in soy, pour the sesame seeds on a plate and pass the salmon over it, so that it is well covered with seeds.

Cut the salmon into small cubes. We also cut the avocado: first in half and the halves in half moons. This gives it a nicer touch.

Slice the mushrooms and sauté them.

Once we have it, put the base rice in a bowl and place the toppings on top. Enjoy!
