Chicken tacos with papaya and yogurt sauce

Remove some lettuce leaves from the head and wash them. Place them on a plate to fill.

Brown the chicken cut into cubes, grate a carrot, cut half an avocado and a piece of papaya into cubes. Place on the lettuce leaves.

Mix half a yogurt with lime and a little bit of olive oil and spread it on top of the tacos. If you wish, you can give it a final touch with a little grated light cheese.
