In a bowl, put the flour, make a hole in the middle and add: the EVOO, the yeast and the warm water (30sec in the micro). Sprinkle the salt around the flour. Mix and knead. Once the ball is ready, take it out of the bowl and knead well for about 5 minutes (Important).

Put the dough back in the bowl with a little EVOO on the bottom so that it does not stick and cover with a cloth. 2 hours of rest.

After the time, divide the dough in two and stretch it with your hands (it is well done and comes out fluffier than with a rolling pin because it does not lose as much air). Finally we put the ingredients that we like the most. With the oven preheated to 200°c and on a rack (it comes out better than on a tray) with baking paper we introduce it in the oven for 10/15 minutes according to taste. Be careful because it is done immediately.
