Mix well in a bowl the ground oats, cocoa powder and chemical washing powder.

Mash the pitted dates in the milk until they have the desired texture (you can leave small pieces or make a paste).

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the vanilla essence. Then, incorporate the mixture of dates and milk and finally, gradually add the melted coconut oil while whisking.

With the help of a whisk, add the liquid part to the oat mixture. It should have a dense texture.

Pour it all into a small preheated skillet greased with coconut oil. Add the chopped walnuts over the surface. Leave it for 5 minutes over very low heat or until you see the edges separate from the pan.

Turn it over with the help of a plate or a lid in the form of an omelette. Leave it like this for a couple of minutes and remove it to a plate to rest.
