In a pot with boiling water and salt cook the spinach.

Meanwhile we fry the garlic in a frying pan. When they are golden brown, put them aside in a mortar and fry the bread. Once fried we incorporate it in the mortar and grind it together with the paprika and the vinegar (depending on how strong you like it you will add more or less).

Drain the spinach and add it to the oil where we had cooked the garlic and the bread. Incorporate the majado with a little water. Let it fry a little bit and it is ready.
