Pork tenderloin with broccoli and potatoes

First we peel and cut all the vegetables 🥦🧅🥔 and the 🐷 sirloin. We prepare a pot to boil the 🥔and the 🥦 and a pan to cook the 🧅 and the 🐷. Try to cook at the same time for faster cooking.

Bring the water to boil in the pot and place the 🥔. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the 🥦. Cook for 5-6 more minutes and remove.

In the pan, put a drizzle of olive oil and poach the 🧅. Seasoned with 1 🥄 of salt, 1 of pepper, 1/2 of cumin and 1 of garlic powder. When it is half cooked, we add the 🐷. Once cooked add 1/2 can of 🍺 of your choice. Cook until the alcohol has evaporated (when there is half of the 🍺 we had put in) Lower the heat to medium low. Add 1/2 🥄 of pepper and salt, 1 of garlic powder, 1 of 🧈 and 1 of flour. Stir well to integrate and cook until it thickens a little.

Finally, serve on a plate and dress the 🥔 and the 🥦. Or you can put it all together with the 🐷 sauce, which is delicious 😋.
