Coat the chicken: first dip it in the beaten egg and then in the crushed cornflakes. ▫️ To make it crispy, don't crush the cornflakes completely (so it doesn't look like sand). But you can do it as you prefer :)

Place the battered chicken pieces on the oven rack with baking paper. Spray them with EVOO spray. ▫️Usa the oven rack instead of the tray (if you put them on the tray they will "cook" because the air does not pass underneath them).

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190-200 degrees with the oven preheating and with air.

While they are baking, prepare the yogurt sauce in a bowl by mixing: Greek natural yogurt, EVOO, salt, pepper, parsley (dried or fresh) and garlic and onion powder. ▫️Las quantities of each item are optional and to your taste :)
