Mix the couscous with the tablespoon of oil and curry in a bowl.

Chop the onion and carrot.

Boil water and pour it into the bowl with the couscous. After 5 minutes, strain the couscous to remove the excess water and add the onion and carrot.

Sauté everything together in the pan and then whisk with a little water to create a homogeneous mass.

Shape into patties and brown in a frying pan (3-4 mins each side) or bake in the oven at 180° for 7 minutes.

We mount on bread (the one in the photo is homemade oatmeal) and add to taste! I recommend mix, sliced tomato and hummus/cream cheese.
