Preparaci贸n de la receta

In my case I made poke for two. First macerate the salmon in advance, the longer you leave it the more flavor it will get. Defrost it, remove the bones if it has, remove the skin and cut it into small cubes of 1x1cm approx. In a bowl put about 4 tablespoons of soy and the juice of an orange, sesame seeds. It is important that the salmon is covered with the mixture, if we were missing you can add more soy or in my case I did not want it so strong I added water. And put it in the refrigerator for 2h. You can leave it less but the longer it is the more flavor it will get.

For the Base: - 馃崥 Red quinoa: put in a saucepan with water and cook for the time marked on the package. - 馃ガ Spinach: serve directly from the bag.

Prepare all the toppings: - 馃Cucumber: cut it into thin slices. - 馃崊 Cherry tomatoes: wash and cut in half. - 馃キMango: cut into squares of about 1x1cm. - 馃Hard-boiled egg: cut into slices (previously boiled and cooled). - 馃Aguacate: cut it in squares of 1x1 cm approx. (For one person take half). - 馃崶 Edamames: cook the pods and then take out the beans, previously cooled. - 馃崶 Wakame seaweed: in my case use the frozen one from mercadona, defrost the amount we want to put in. - Sunflower seeds: serve on top.

Bowl preparation 馃ィ - Put the base on the bottom. - Second put all the toppings in small piles. - In the center put the salmon already macerated and the sauce in which to be pour it on top. - Put the seeds on top. - Take some toothpicks 馃ア - And ENJOY!
