In a blender glass we put the diced mango (about a handful), HALF cayenne to start (if you want it spicier add more but I recommend you to taste and rectify) the curry (half a teaspoon more or less), a little salt, and a date previously soaked in 1/4 glass of hot water (add the water too). We grind it all. We taste and rectify to the taste of each one. It depends if you like it spicier or less, more mango or curry flavor, sweeter or saltier...etc.

The remaining date we cut it tiny and add it on top. I ate it with the microwaved potato and also dipping the chicken pops and finding the little pieces of mango 🤤🤤🤤🤤 is super good.

**You can make it with real mango, but now it is not in season and it is not usually available in supermarkets/markets.
