We prepare the ingredients to be used. In this case we put the milk in a measuring cup and weigh the oat flakes.

Over medium heat, cook the milk together with the oat flakes for 15 minutes.

Once the milk has evaporated and the oat flakes are done, set aside and let it cool. If you like it hot it can be eaten right away.

Once cooled, we reserve it in the refrigerator overnight and in the morning we decorate it with our favorite topping's and enjoy.
