Preparación de la receta

After soaking the millet for 3 to 5 hours, drain and add the water, herbs and salt and blend with the blender.

Spread the dough with a spoon on baking paper previously greased with a little oil, making circles from the center outwards to make the base bigger and more uniform until it is thin.

With the oven preheated to 180 degrees let the dough about 7 minutes or until it sets. Make sure it doesn't break.

When removing from the oven put another baking paper on top and turn it over. Carefully peel off.

First add the mozzarella to make the base more compact and then add the tomato and the rest of the ingredients.

Bake to taste.
