Carrot pizza dough with greens 😋

Mix all the ingredients, 1 cup of well-drained carrots, the tablespoon of EVOO, 1 pinch of salt, a little oregano, 1 egg (optional) and 3 tablespoons of flour (can be chickpea or whole wheat).

Knead everything together with a spatula and transfer it to a 1 cm thick baking paper.

We put the dough in the preheated oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes.

Add the ingredients you want and bake in the oven until it is ready. I added what I had in the fridge, some bell pepper, onion, a slice of zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
