Prepare the vegetables: - Clean the artichokes and cut them into thin strips. - Cut the beans in half and then into medium-sized pieces. - Cut the broad beans into thin slices. - Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes.

Wash them and cook them together with the peas for 30 minutes.

While the vegetables are cooking: - Chop the onion - Cut the garlic into slices - Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Fry the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes more.

Drain the vegetables and add them to the sauce. Stir a few times so that everything is integrated and ready.

If desired, a grilled egg, ham or crushed tomato can be added.
