Pasta with tomato and feta sauce and clams

The first thing to do is to put the pasta to boil so that it cooks while we prepare the rest. We add a little salt, oil and pepper to the water and wait about 10 minutes once it starts to boil (this is already known, we must also go testing according to the point that we like).

Meanwhile, we cut the tomato into pieces and a clove of garlic and we take it to the frying pan with a splash of EVOO to sauté it. Once they have taken some color, we pass it to the mixer along with the feta cheese (you can add the amount you want, I added a little less than half a handful) and a little mozzarella so that it is melted. You can also add dried basil to give it that touch.

Once the sauce is ready (or in the meantime, to go faster), put the bell pepper in the same frying pan to brown it a little.

When we have everything, in the saucepan where we have cooked the pasta (once it is cooked and we have drained it) we also add the sauce, the bell pepper, a little more cheese to keep the pieces and the clams. We integrate everything and it would be ready!
