Grind the oat flakes to flour.

Mix the warm water with the salt, yeast and oil.

Add the ground oats and knead until the dough is as homogeneous as possible.

Roll out the dough into a layer between 0.5 and 1cm thick, I recommend putting baking paper on it and flattening it little by little so that it does not stick to any surface.

Bake in the oven (which must be preheated) for 15 minutes at 180gr.

Take out the dough and add the crushed tomato, the vegetables and complements chosen for the topping (in this case we put onion and mushrooms but it depends on what you feel like and have on hand, pizza is a good dish to use) finally add the grated cheese.

Leave in the oven again for 10 to 15 minutes.
