Boil the pasta al dente 8 min and cooked 10 min. you can use another type of short pasta .

Put the leek, onion and garlic in a frying pan with a spoonful of EVOO.

When the vegetables are golden brown, add the chicken strips.

Sauté everything in the pan with a little of the water in which the pasta was cooked.

Add the evaporated milk and let it thicken a little.

Grate the cheese into the mixture and a little black pepper.
