Tuna in soy sauce

In a deep container we marinate the tuna in soy sauce (it is not necessary to cover it, half of the piece is enough) the time depends, I left it all night but in other occasions I left it while I was cooking and preparing the rest of the ingredients.

In a wok we sauté some peeled prawns, two handfuls of peas, an onion cut into julienne strips and some mushrooms (mushrooms or whatever you like). Cook over medium heat to poach well, season with salt and pepper and once cooked, remove and set aside.

In the same frying pan with a little EVOO, sear the tuna on both sides. One minute on each side is enough.

My piece of tuna was previously frozen because my idea was to mark it and to keep it raw inside, if you have not frozen it, cook it a little longer.

Serve by adding the soy where we have marinated the tuna 😊.
