Remove and place in a bowl. In the same frying pan, brown the diced ham a little.

Transfer it to the same bowl (reserve some for garnish) along with the diced sun-dried tomatoes, the broccoli (I used some steamed broccoli florets), the chopped walnuts (reserve some for garnish) and 60g of the cheese in small cubes and grate the rest.

In another bowl, beat the eggs (I used goose eggs) with the milk, cream cheese and olive oil.

Mix very well and pour into the greased molds with a ladle. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes for the larger ones and 30 minutes for the smaller ones. Meanwhile we grate the rest of the zucchini and put it 10 minutes in the microwave.
