Squeeze the oranges. Save the juice for a juice and keep the pulp for our recipe. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and the pulp of the oranges. Add a pinch of salt, the yogurt, the olive oil, the baking powder and the flour (I used pastry flour). While you do all this, preheat the oven up and down to 180º. Put the mixture in a baking dish and, optionally, cut very thin slices of orange to put on top and decorate the cake. Place the pan in the oven for about 40 minutes. Then, to brown the top, put the oven on top, same temperature, for about 10 minutes more (this is to taste).
