Wash, peel and cut the vegetables (in quarters). And separate the "saplings" from the broccoli.

Add water to cover and cook over low heat until all the vegetables are soft (about 30-35 minutes).

Mash the vegetables (not with all the cooking water, add as needed).

Return to the pot and add the cream cheese and melt it with a whisk. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. ➡️ Rectify salt if it lacks. You can also add a little curry.
