Gnocchi with chicken in creamy sauce

Chop two garlic and half an onion finely and sauté it in a pan with a dash of EVOO. Stir it for a couple of minutes and add the carrot chopped in small pieces.

Dice the chicken, and once the garlic, onion and carrot are done, add it and let it brown. Add a little salt.

Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to package directions.

Once the chicken is golden brown, add the crushed tomato and cream, stir for a minute and add the cooked and drained gnocchi.

Stir slowly over medium heat so that the sauce thickens and integrates well. Add the grated cheese and mix for a minute.

Finally, add black pepper and parsley to taste.
